About: Mehmet Akar is one of the most respected and internationally recognizedDJs/Producers from Turkey. His music combines deep, melodic and atmospheric elements based on progressive and house sounds. Since 2008 Akar plays on a regular basis on Frisky Radio where for the last 2 years he's also resident. His works (original production and remixes) has been charted, used in various compilations, used in multiple DJ-sets and in short finds great support from many famous DJs around the world. At the moment Mehmet travels a lot, offering his sound to many different countries where in his performances he shows in his own special way how the love for the music should be shared.
