Bear Damen founded the up and coming Label NON Records, and with that, he's on a space voyage in new directions of pop music. With Releases playlisted by Breakbot, Brodinski, Jerry Bouthier, TWR72, Tom Trago, RipTide and many others NON Records has been ever hungry for new pop sounds and timbre, with Lo-Fi heroes such as Ariel Pink and dance heroes such as James Stinson and Daft Punk in its rear window while moving forward with the warmth of late 70's and early 80's production values.

Artists such as Kristine, Palmbomen, Marius, Renkas, THE BENELUX, Gary King, and Bear Damen himself are the ones releasing the label these following years.

For BURN STUDIOS he provides us with a DJ Mix containing Fresh Future Funk from Amsterdam and New Detroit Funk, avoiding Drexciya and what-not-deeper underground totems, but using artists translating these classic vibes into something new. The result is a mix taking the Ibiza crowd on a not-too-unfamiliar wave of new music, challenging for newcomers, yet raising the brows of club archeologists..
