No fooling around this April. The burn Studios Top 10 features some seriously tasty electronica. This month, French house producer Equilateral opens the mix with his bass-driven and highly addictive track, ‘Groove Baby’. Not to be outdone, Russian DJ Krestovsky contributes depth of colour to this month’s selection with the track ‘Climber’.

After a long deliberation process we can finally announce that the winner of the Casablanca Reworks Remix Contest is Peez Daws' mix of 'Walk the Night'

Peez Daws' seamless blending of light and shade, deep basslines and string arrangements, clever build ups and an overall tonality that is just, well, first class made the remix impossible to pass up.

This summer, burn studios is looking for aspiring DJs to become residents at some of the finest clubs in Europe. The winning DJs will rub shoulders with the who's who of Ibiza's music scene at the International Music Summit as well as attending the burn studios residency bootcamp where they will partake in workshops run by the most respected names in the industry including Sasha, Luciano, Jamie Jones and 2 Many DJs.

burn Studios has brought together two of the world’s most exciting labels in electronic music, Casablanca and Gomma, and are looking for budding music makers to remix a track off of the freshly minted Casablanca Reworks EP. ‘Walk The Night,’ originally by the Skatt Brothers, and reworked most recently by The Phenomenal Handclap Band, is the track up for grabs. Taking on tracks from the Casablanca Records catalogue, burn Studios and Gomma Records have reworked some of the finest disco of the 70s. Moullinex, Munk, Telonius, and The Phenomenal Handclap Band each collaborated with Peaches on the project to produce an EP that is both a re-imagining of dancefloor classics and a tribute to the legendary label, Casablanca Records. After playing the reworks live in Warsaw, Peaches revealed what it was that first drew her to the project.

This month, MARBLE and Burn Studios have joined forces to launch a remix contest. You now have until February 22nd, 12pm, to remix 'CONCRETE' by DAS GLOW (embedded below).

After this date, 3 remixes will be handpicked by Burn Studios. The winning tracks will then be announced on February 23rd's Sound Pellegrino Podcast and become available online through Burn Studios.

From there, each remix will be "likeable" via a "Facebook Like" button, until March 7th, 12pm (GMT).
